I used the other 1/2 can of condensed milk, 1Tbsp cocoa (didn’t enhance flavour at all) - next time I’ll add melted chocolate, didn’t prepare the passion fruit sauce.

- 1 can sweet condensed milk
- 14 ounces frozen passion fruit pulp, thawed (about 2 cups)
- 2 cups heavy cream, very cold
- subheading: PASSION FRUIT SAUCE: (OPTIONAL):
- ⅓ cup fresh passion fruit pulp, with seeds
- ⅔ cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup of water
- A pinch of salt
