  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, diced
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth, low sodium
  • 3 cups Corn Kernels (frozen, fresh, or canned, drained)
  • 1 to 2 Chicken Breasts, skinless/boneless, uncooked, cut in half
