PB & J Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  • ⅓ cup old-fashioned oats (3 fp)
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar (not packed) (1 fp)
  • ½ tsp no-calorie sweetener (like Truvia) if needed to sweeten
  • ⅛ tsp. vanilla extract
  • ½ Tbsp PB2 (0 fp)
  • 1 to 2 T Yogurt (0% fat)
  • subheading: Topping:
  • 1 Tbsp Jelly, no sugar
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients except jelly in a sealable container. Let sit overnight.
  2. The next day add 1 T jelly.
