Sausage, Mushroom and Swiss Quiche with Caramelized Leeks
Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • ½ teaspoon each, salt and pepper
  • ¾ cup grated swiss cheese
