Oreo Brownie Lush

Ingredients

  • 18.3 oz. fudge brownie mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie box for cake-like brownies
  •

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 ½ cups finely crushed oreos
  • 2 4 oz. boxes Jello-O chocolate pudding and pie filling mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

  • ½ cup coarsely crushed oreos
Steps
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom of 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.
  2. Make brownie batter as directed on box for cake-like brownies. Spread in pan. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely, about one hour.
  3. In large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with electric mixer until smooth. Beat in 2 cups of the whipped topping and spread over brownies. Sprinkle 1 ½ cups finely crushed oreos over cream cheese mixture.
  4. In medium bowl, beat dry pudding mixes and milk with whisk until thick. Spread over cookie layer. Drop remaining whipped topping by spoonfuls over pudding layer; spread evenly. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
  5. When ready to serve, sprinkle ½ cup coarsely crushed oreos on top. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pieces.
