  • 1 large red bell pepper (about 8 ounces), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large green bell pepper (about 8 ounces), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Sliced scallions, for topping
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for topping
  • Steamed white rice, for serving
