Spicy Broiled Korean Salmon (Glazed with Gochujang Sauce)

  • 4 (6 oz.) boneless skinless salmon fillets
  • vegetable oil , for brushing

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper
