Ham and cheese egg bites by Tarah
Ingredients
  • 7 eggs if using one mold
  • 7 slices ham
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Salt & pepper
  • Cooking spray
Steps
  1. Spray silicone mold
  2. Add 1 slice ham per slot and push the middle down
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese in each slot
  4. Crack open eggs into each slot
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  6. Lightly cover with foil to keep water from collecting
  7. Add trivet and 1 cup of water to instant pot
  8. Hard boiled yolk: high pressure 10 minutes quick release
  9. Soft boiled yolk: 8 minutes high pressure quick release
  10. Remove foil and sprinkle more cheese on top if desired
  11. Pull egg bites out by pulling on opposite corners of the ham
  12. Enjoy!
