Chopped Thai Salad with Peanut Sauce

  • Sesame seeds (optional for garnish)

  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Salt & pepper to taste
