Instant Pot Chicken Thighs with Maple Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 lb chicken (I used a mix of thighs and breasts)
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
