Frozen Mango Chunks, Cardamom Powder, Pistachios, Saffron Strands, Vegan Yogurt (Almond Milk) Have a Pinch of Cardamon and Leave out the Syrup - it wrecks it anyway, too Sugary!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 full fresh and ripe mango (peeled and seed removed)
  • ½ cup vegan yogurt (almond milk/ milk based)
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk/tetra pack plain milk
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. syrup or as per taste
  • subheading: for garnishing:
  • chopped pistachios
  • strands of saffron
