Ingredients
  • 2 cups strong brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsps maple syrup, raw honey, or stevia to taste
  • ¼ cup unsweetened coconut cream, coconut milk, almond milk, or cashew milk
  • ice as desired (lots!)
  • dark chocolate shavings to garnish, I used Lily’s brand sweetened with stevia
