Mrs. Graham’s Chocolate Balls

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 oz Bitter chocolate, melted & cooled
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350*F. Cream butter & sugar. Add egg & milk & melted & cooled chocolate and beat well. Stir in flour and vanilla. Form into one inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet about 1 ½" apart. Bake 10 to 12 min. until firm.
  2. Makes about 80 balls.
