Restaurant Style Salsa
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Roma Tomatoes (quartered)
  • 14.5 oz can Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ Onion (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Jalapeño (roughly chopped)
  • 2 cloves of Garlic (roughly chopped)
  • ⅓ C Cilantro
  • ½ t Chili Powder
  • ½ t Cumin
  • 2 t Salt
  • 1 T Lime Juice (from ½ fresh lime)
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse until combined
