White chocolate macadamia nut pudding cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3.4 ounce package whit chocolate instant pudding mix (vanilla also works)
  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2¼ cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups white choclate chips
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 and line 2 to 3 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In lg bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and white chocolate pudding mix.
  3. In lg bowel or stand mixer, cream together butter, sugar and brown sugar. Add eggs and mix together.
  4. And bowl of dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix together until well combined. Lastly add white choclate chips and macadamia nuts, folding in evenly.
  5. Roll into T size balls and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
