  • 2 Hatch chiles or Anaheim peppers
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • 1 Pico de Gallo, for serving
  • 1 Chopped Cilantro, for serving
  • 4 Lime wedges, for serving
  • 4 8-inch metal or wooden skewers
