The Season for Lemon Rosemary Cookies
Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp finely minced citrus peels (I used lemon, bergamot and tangerine)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 125g butter (about 1 stick and 1 scant tablespoon)
  • 125g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g flour, plus more for dusting (try subbing 50g rice flour for the regular flour!)
  • 2 tsps baking soda
