Swedish Pancakes (Crepes)
Ingredients
  • 2 C. flour
  • 3 heaping T. powdered sugar
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • ½ t. salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 C. water
  • 1 C. milk
  • 1 t. vanilla
Steps
  1. Mix the dry ingredients together, then blend in the wet ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Pour onto greased pan in single ladles.
  3. Cook until bubbling on one side and flip over until done.
  4. Serve with melted butter and powdered sugar (or fillings of your choice).
