This recipe uses frozen, cooked meatballs, either homemade or store-bought.

Ingredients
  • frozen, fully-cooked meatballs
  • 4 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 5.5 oz. boxed Noodles Romanoff
  • 1½ c. milk
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
Steps
  1. Remove fully-cooked meatballs from freezer 15-mins. before serving.
  2. Melt 2-tbsp. butter in skillet. Remove from heat; stir in flour & sauce mix from noodle package.
  3. Slowly stir milk into butter-flour; then heat, stirring constantly, till sauce boils.
  4. Put meatballs in sauce, heat till sauce again boils. Reduce heat, cover tightly, & simmer till meatballs are hot (about 10-mins.).
  5. In the meantime, cook noodles for time directed on package.
  6. Stir remaining butter & parsley into cooked noodles.
  7. Put noodles on serving plate; ladle meatballs & sauce on top.
