  • 4 to 5 green onions
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp jerk seasoning
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
