  • 1 ½ cup (57g) King Arthur Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tbs yeast
  • 1½ cups (301g) King Arthur Unbleached Bread Flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbs honey
  • seeds (sesame, flax, caraway or poppy) or rolled oats or rye flakes, for topping
  • note: Use the lesser amount of water in the summer or in humid weather; the greater amount in winter, or when the weather is cold and dry.
