Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 10 cloves garlic, minced very fine
- 1 tin anchovies (oil drained)
- 1 pint heavy cream
- sliced french bread
Steps
- Melt butter in small sauce pan
- Add minced garlic
- Sautee on medium-low heat about 5 minutes.
- Finely mince anchovies, and stir in. Simmer 5 minutes
- Add cream, simmer 10 to 15 more minutes on very low heat stirring often.
- Serve warm, dipping bread in sauce.
