Ingredients
  • subheading: For the tzatziki:
  • 0,85 cup vegan greek yogurt or creme fraiche or sour cream
  • 0,5 cucumber, grated
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • Large handful of parsley, finely chopped
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • subheading: For the cevapci:
  • 800 g vegan minced “meat”, choose one that holds shape well
  • 2 yellow onions, finely chopped
  • 5 to 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 0,75 cup parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp paprika poder
  • 0,5 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
  • subheading: For the salad:
  • Greens of your choice
  • 3 to 4 tomatoes, I used various colours, in bite sized pieces
  • 0,25 to 0,5 cucumber, in cubes
  • 4 to 5 radishes, finely sliced
  • 1 to 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 0,25 lemon, juice
  • Sea salt and black pepper
  • Serve with: boiled or roasted potatoes
