  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ cup avocado (or 1 whole medium avocado)
  • 1 large lemon (juiced)
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp pepper (optional)
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
