Foolproof Slow-Roasted Pork Shoulder
Ingredients
  • 3 ½ to 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder roast (also called Boston blade roast or Boston butt)

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
