  • 1 ⁄8 cup olive oil or 1⁄8 cup canola oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons green chilies
  • 1 ⁄2 cup water, as needed
  • 1 ⁄4 cup cream, or substitute with plain Greek yogurt
