Green Salad with Peaches, Feta & Mint Vinaigrette

  • 6 ripe peaches or nectarines, sliced
  • ⅓ cup sliced or slivered almonds, toasted
  • ¾ cup crumbled feta or goat cheese (about 3 ounces)
