  • 1 tbsp Ginger/Garlic paste
  • Add any vegetables to your liking; potato, carrot, sweet potato, red peppers, broccoli

  • 1 tbsp or tsp of Salt, according to taste
  • Garnish: 1 tbsp Kasoori Methi” = "Dried fenugreek” , optional
