Potato Cakes with Cheese

Ingredients
  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • About 3 tbsp finely minced onion
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 egg
Steps
  1. Mix well and fry by spoonfuls in melted butter.
