Restaurant Style Homemade Salsa
Ingredients
  • 2 (15 oz.)cans fire-roasted tomatoes, {1 drained and 1 not drained}
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles, drained
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • half a red pepper
  • 1 jalapeno, stem removed (remove membranesand seeds, if you want less heat)
  • half of a red pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ΒΌ tsp. black pepper
