Sweet Potato Apple Fritter
Delicious! It reminds me of an apple fritter
Ingredients
  • 1 Japanese Sweet Potato or Hannah Yam baked cold from the fridge
  •  
  • 1 ripe banana - sliced
  •  
  • 1 apple cored and sliced
  •  
  • Cinnamon or gingerbread spice
Steps
  1. Use a cold baked sweet potato from the fridge.
  2. Cut it in half and using the palm of your flatten the potato half - repeat for both halves.
  3. Cover the potato halves with banana slices, then a layer of apple slices.
  4. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon or gingerbread spice.
  5. Place each half on the air frying rack.
  6. Place in a cold air fryer set to 400 degrees for approximately 18 minutes - check it at 15 and watch closely so the apples don’t get too done.
  7. Serve warm or chilled.
