Thai shrimp and vegetable soup

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 lime, zest and juice
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup brocoli
  • 8 baby bok choys
  • 1 lb raw shrimp
  • 3 ½ oz rice vermicelli
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
