Pan Fried & Fully Loaded Radishes
Ingredients
  • Radishes, quartered (170g)
  • Bacon, 2 slices
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 28g shredded cheddar
  • green onion, desired amount
  • hot sauce
  • seasoning to taste

  • I made a double batch, cooking for two people. This recipe is easily scaled to fit into your macros and can definitely be cut in half.

  • I used thick cut bacon but any type of bacon will work, that’s just what I had in my fridge.
  •  
  • You can adjust the toppings to whatever you prefer (this is just my favorite flavor combo.).
