Vegan Black Pepper Tofu
Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm tofu ( 14.5 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ medium-sized red onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Optional: shredded carrots and chopped green onions for garnishing.
