River Oaks Brownies
Ingredients
  • 1¼ Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1¼ Cups Cocoa Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 3 Sticks Unsalted Butter melted
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 Tbl Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Cups chopped pecans (optional)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Lightly grease 9” x 13” pan and line bottom with parchment.
  3. In medium bowl sift flour, cocoa, salt.
  4. In a saucepan melt butter over low heat.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in sugar.
  6. Add eggs 2 at a time stirring after each addition.
  7. Stir in Vanilla.
  8. Add mixture all at once to dry ingredients.
  9. Beat on medium speed until blended.
  10. Mix in nuts in evenly (if using.)
  11. Bake 40 minutes. DO NOT OVER COOK.
