Pecan Fudge Pie

A native of Cleveland Ohio and I love to cook and entertain. As a full time RVer, I have limited kitchen space, but that doesn’t stop me from cooking up a storm! Recently worked as Activities Director for an RV resort on Florida where I was able to serve up some of my favorite recipes to our residents and guests.

1 chocolate store-bought crust -- graham cracker or regular pie crust also works well with pecan pie filling.

Pecan Fudge filling

2 cups pecan halves (250 grams)

2 (14 oz.) cans Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (792 grams)

2 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature

Ganache

⅓ cup heavy cream (80 ml)

⅓ cup dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (56 grams)
