Grasshopper Pie

Ingredients
  • subheading: Crust:
  • 1½ cups chocolate wafer crumbs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  •  
  • subheading: Filling:
  • 25 large marshmallows
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. green Creme de Menthe
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. white Creme de Cacoa
  • ⅔ cup cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Steps
  1. Mix all but 2 Tbsp. of crumbs with butter.
  2. Press evenly on bottom and side of a 9" pie pan.
  3. Chill in refrigerator while preparing filling.
  4. Combine marshmallows and cream and simmer until marshmallows have melted.
  5. Cool.
  6. Fold in liquors and whipped cream.
  7. Pour into chilled crust.
  8. Freeze until firm.
