No Veggies Meat Loaf

Ingredients
  • subheading: Meatloaf:
  • 2 lbs. ground hamburger
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz or breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. milk
  • ½ tsp.  pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ c. ketchup
  •  
  • subheading: Topping:
  • ¾ c. ketchup
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • ¼ c. brown sugar
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix all meatloaf ingredients into large bowl. Stir thoroughly. Pour into 4x8 meatloaf/bread baking pan. Bake in oven for 45 minutes.
  3. Mix topping ingredients. After meatloaf has cooked 45 minutes, spread half of topping on top of meatloaf.
  4. Place meatloaf back in oven for another 45 minutes.
  5. Use remainder of topping for serving.
