Bread Pudding
Ingredients
  • Regular
  • 6 to 7 slices of Italian bread
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c milk
  • ¾ c sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c raisins (optional)
  •  
  • Chocolate
  • 6 to 7 slices of Italian bread
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
Steps
  1. Preheat oven at 350°
  2. Tear up slices of bread and put in a casserole dish, pour melted butter over bread
  3. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins (and cocoa for chocolate).
  4. Pour liquid over bread and smush down until soaked
  5. Bake for about 45 minutes, top should be jiggly and springy
