Chorizo and Pasta
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. pork chorizo sausage
  • ½ cup finely chopped onion
  • 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, undrained
  • 1¾ cups chicken broth
  • 5 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
  • ½ cup water
Steps
  1. Cook chorizo and onion until sausage is no longer pink and onion is tender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Increase heat to high and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender and mixture is desired consistency.
