  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (optional)
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut (optional)
  • ⅓ cup sliced almonds
  • ⅓ cup chopped dates (aprox 5)
  • ¼ cup Oil (Melted coconut oil)
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
