"Bonnie's " Fudge
Ingredients
  • 2   Cups sugar
  • ⅔  Cup milk
  • 7 oz. jar of marshmallow cream
  • 1   Cup peanut butter
  • 6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ¼  Cup chopped walnuts (if desired)
Steps
  1. Cook sugar and milk over medium heat until dissolved then to boiling
  2. Cook to softball stage. (test in cold water--it should form a ball)
  3. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and vanilla stir until melted.
  4. Stir in peanut butter, then fold in marshmallow cream.
  5. Add chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Pour into buttered 9" round pan and refrigerate until set.
