Easy Beef Stroganof
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. top sirloin, cubed
  • 4 cups wide egg noodles, cooked
  • 4 tsps. vegetable oil, divided
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. brown gravy
  • 1 cup cold water
  • ¼ cup sour cream
Steps
  1. Flour beef and brown in electric skillet with 2 tsps. oil. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
  2. In same skillet, saute mushrooms in 2 tsps. oil and remove from heat.
  3. Add gravy mix and water and return to heat, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 minute or until sauce is thickened.
  4. Return beef and mushrooms to skillet with cooked noodles and sour cream.
