  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup chopped, pitted Dates
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • ¼ cup Sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
  • ¼ cup slivered Almonds
  • ¼ cup chopped Pecans
  • ¼ cup Hemp seeds
  • ⅔ cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • (Optional) 2 to 3 tablespoon Maple Syrup or Honey
