Light and Creamy Hawaiian Macaroni Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 pound protein pasta any shape
  • 4 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup grated carrot or coleslaw to your liking
  • ½ cup finely minced onion I used pre-diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons nonfat milk more if needed
  • 2 teaspoons honey plus a little brown sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped green onions
  • 1 to 2 ribs diced celery
