- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 ¼ lbs. potatoes, see notes
- 3 (6.5 oz. cans) chopped clams, juices reserved
- Fresh parsley & Freshly cracked pepper, for serving
- Seasonings
- ½ teaspoon EACH: dried oregano, dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon EACH: dried thyme, salt
- ⅛ teaspoon EACH: smoked paprika, pepper
