Ingredients
- 15 oz can Organic Black Soy Beans by Eden
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin, Ground
- 1 tsp Better Than Boullion chicken base
- 2 cloves minced Garlic
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
Steps
- Drain and rinse beans.
- Saute onion and garlic in a small pot in olive oil.
- Add beans and all other ingredients with enough water to cover.
- Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Great addition to tacos, buritto bowls (with riced cauliflower) or taco salads.
