Dawn's Mexican Black Soybeans

Ingredients
  • 15 oz can Organic Black Soy Beans by Eden
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin, Ground
  • 1 tsp Better Than Boullion chicken base
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
Steps
  1. Drain and rinse beans.
  2. Saute onion and garlic in a small pot in olive oil.
  3. Add beans and all other ingredients with enough water to cover.
  4. Bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Great addition to tacos, buritto bowls (with riced cauliflower) or taco salads.
