Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1.5 Tbsp chili powder
  • ½ Tbsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • ½ cup Mateo’s Gourmet Chipotle Salsa (medium)
  • ⅔ cup water or beef broth
Steps
  1. Sauté onion and bell pepper in oil.  Add meat and cook until brown.  Add remaining ingredients.
Notes
  • Use diced tomatoes with organic green chilies
