  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar (I used ¾ cup)
  • ¾ cup of oil or melted (and cooled) butter
  • 3 cups of flour (I used 1 white, 1 wheat, & 1 almond meal)
  • 1 handful of slivered almonds
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of almond extract
