Keto Ground Beef and Cabbage

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 ounces) diced tomatoes (preferably no sugar added)
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional garnishes include grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
